Upon graduating from university, I had only one ‘real’ job for less than a year, before starting my own business. Having built and sold my tech consultancy, I am now an owner and investor in several companies through the Elevorix brand. I hold an Executive MBA, as well as numerous leadership/project/technical certifications, and have delivered roughly £250m of business technology programmes to-date.
But giving back is what really motivates me. I serve on the TechSkills Employer Board (the first alumni of their programmes to do so), while in my free time, I am a volunteer / tutor / advisor / guest lecturer.

We've financed the development of the product and platform while advising on commercial and go-to-market strategies. Luke sits on the Exec Board.

BBUK developed Deal Finder, a platform created with the mission to be the leading platform for business acquisitions, transforming the way businesses are bought and sold by providing unparalleled access to verified listings. Modernising IT estates by fixing unfixable applications and moving them to a supported operating system. Cloud is an application compatibility packaging solution to migrate legacy applications and workloads on-premise and in the cloud without the need to refactor, recode or upgrade. Elevorix invested via a PE fund.
Coconut’s simple tax app helps self-employed people track income, manage invoicing, claim expenses, and work out how much to set aside for tax. Elevorix stake was sold under drag / tag shareholder terms when Coconut was acquired by Simple Tax.
Coadjute has built a nationwide infrastructure for the property market, connecting buyers, sellers and property professionals with data, services, and each other. Elevorix invested via a SPV when the business was looking to scale from a start-up.
As early adopters of Curve, we saw the opporunity to invest via a SPV during 2 of their fund raising rounds. Curve has developed into a 'global wallet', allowing you to connect debit, credit and loyalty cards to a single wallet, so you only ever need to carry one card.
The first in-and-out of home AI powered smart baby monitor, app and travel system for the stroller, car and the home. Elevorix invested during Dote's final seed round, and has helped take it from concept to market launch in the UK. Luke sits on the Board, and is working with the Founder on taking the products global as part of a Series A funding round.
Finity has developed a recuritment fintech ecosystem to connect the process of paying UK temporary workers in one place. Everything you need to run payroll and make payments with maximum simplicity, accuracy, and speed, all while earning rewards. Elevorix acquired a stake in Codatech in April 2022, with Luke providing strategic support to develop the business into a market leader under the Finity brand.
Elevorix acquired a stake in Sprout in late 2021. Sprout’s platform connects allocators with a vast array of private markets funds and co-investment opportunities. They leverage their team’s extensive experience working with and for some of the leading funds around the world to connect investors with the opportunities that are most relevant to their investment theses.
Driven by their mission to 'See Better', SunGod has grown into one of the world's leading performance eyewear brands, and is a certified B Corp. Elevorix acquired a stake in the company through SPV during one of its early stage investment rounds, and invested again during their recent raise.
Talentloop is a services business designed to help fledgling start-ups and scale-ups to attract, scale and retain top talent through elastic culture and employee value proposition. Elevorix acquired a stake with Luke taking a seat on the Board to help the business fully commercialise and go-to-market (with turnover doubling since our involvement).
WeDo Digital delivered and supported websites, bespoke web apps, and traditional IT projects (hosting, networking etc.). We invested in and helped to found the WeDo Business Services' group technology offering, with the business being acquired back by the WeDo Group as per the terms of its setup.
